From the Flame.
Musings and other considerations on finding joy, ourselves, and magic in the mundane and embracing a world we can't yet see.
The fire burns every day. In the things we are reading, sitting with, questioning, and feeling our way through. In the conversations we are having with ourselves at 2am and the ones we are finally ready to say out loud. Our reminder that the fire is still there, and it's burning bright.
On Mothering
Mothering is so many things. Mothering is – birthing, nurturing, pushing something forward. It’s protection, care, embrace, guidance, and wisdom. Mothering is the black bear chasing and carrying her two cubs back and forth from the street because they won’t sit still or follow instructions.
