One of our most beloved workshops, Vision into Fruition is a curated, interactive, and reflective experience with an empowering spin on the classic vision board activity.
This is a powerful event designed to help you cultivate the life you want with a lens of joy, clarity, and wellbeing. Whether its's the start of the year, your birthday, or another milestone -- you'll leave excited to elevate your vision from vision into fruition.
PopUp PlayDate
Playdates aren't just for children.
PopUp PlayDate is a restorative wellness event that centers play and self-expression for busy Black and brown womxn to break up the routine of responsibilities with fun and fellowship.
This space invites you to relieve stress and connect with your inner child through a variety of curated individual and group games, crafts, and activities. PopUp PlayDate is a sacred space for us to let our hair down and feel good through creativity, self-discovery, and joy.
The activities vary and may be themed-based aligned to monthly observances, special occasions, or some of our favorite themes: pleasure activism, afro-futurism, and Black feminism.
The Wiggle Room

The Wiggle Room is our playful and unconventional approach to movement classes. No matter the motion, these instructor led workshops are designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and shaking out your stress with joy and laughter.
When we move our bodies, we deepen our connection to ourselves while improving our health. You don't need to be a dancer or an athlete to belong here and benefit from moving your body. The Wiggle Room invites you to practice flexibility and grace with your self and spirit.
The Watering Hole

The Watering Hole offers consciously crafted workshops, programs, and learning circles inspired by literature, social change thought leaders, liberating theories, ancestral wisdom, mother nature, and more.
A space for self-exploration in shared company, we expand our awareness and process our experiences through curiosity, conversation, creative self-expression, and curated activities.
These spaces are playful, empowering, and designed to ignite the spark or nurture the flames that connect you to your passion, pleasure, and power.
Wild + Free Write

a radical writing club and daydreaming space
Wild & Free Write is a virtual writing space and lightly guided workshop where we activate our individual and collective imaginations and then pour onto the page.
We invite our creativity and joy to guide us away from our day to day reality so that we can visualize the world we want to live in and bring it into fruition.
Traditionally a shared space to [finally sit yo' a** down and] write your individual projects, Wild + Free Write includes both solo and group time and conforms to the desires of the attendees.
